1. Introduction

At Flytoo.org, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements and for processing such claims in accordance with the DMCA.

This page outlines our policies and procedures regarding the handling of copyright infringement complaints.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on Flytoo.org in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To be considered valid under the DMCA, your notification must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • The exact URL or a detailed description of the location where the allegedly infringing content is located on our site;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please send your DMCA Takedown Notice to:

📧 Email: [email protected]
📍 Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

Once a valid notice is received, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  2. Notify the content poster of the takedown;
  3. Provide an opportunity for the alleged infringer to submit a Counter-Notice (if applicable).

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was done so in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification that must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, along with the location where it appeared;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;
  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where we are located.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content in 10–14 business days unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a legal action against the content poster.

5. Repeat Infringers Policy

Flytoo.org may terminate access for users who are deemed repeat infringers under our sole discretion. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the content submitted by users, commenters, or third parties. We act in good faith to remove content when properly notified under the DMCA. We cannot guarantee that all infringing material will be detected or removed. Any legal disputes must be directed to the relevant parties.
